Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated courier location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
